Update 04/2025:

The Fund Later Care Campaign was and continues to be a successful method to support clinics undergoing sudden financial and political stresses. Through its Piggybank software, MAC was able to disperse more than $1,000,0000 to three clinics providing abortion care in all trimesters that are serving people from every state in the country. While we continue to plan and build sustainable futures for later abortion care, we will also keep this fund open for people who want an avenue to fund crucial care. 100% of donations go to fund procedures at all trimester clinics that are focused on care later in pregnancy.

This is an urgent appeal to support all-trimester abortion care at a critical moment. Independent clinics who provide all-trimester abortion care are at risk of imminent closure. Rising costs and reduced funding while demand is going up–this is unsustainable.

Longtime collaborators Patient Forward and Midwest Access Coalition (MAC) are creating a block grant program to facilitate distribution of philanthropic grants and donations. They will ensure 100% of these funds immediately reach high-volume clinics offering later care through their Piggybank software.
